FAQs
Q: Is the High Hopes foundation part of the Make-A-Wish Foundation?
A: No. Even though our missions are similar, we are not part of Make-A-Wish. However, we do network with them accepting or making referrals for families whose wishes may or may not comply with our respective wish granting policies.

Q: Does High Hopes have any paid employees?
A: Yes. Our only paid employee is our office manager who keeps High Hopes running on a daily basis, covering the phones, supporting the wish managers, and most importantly is there to be our life line to our wish families.

Q: Do I need any special talents to be a member of High Hopes?
A: No. High Hopes is made up of individuals from all walks of life. Our common bond is our desire to help to grant wishes to our seriously ill and chronically ill New Hampshire children.

Q: How can I help High Hopes?
A: You can help as a wish manager, interfacing and helping the family with their particular wish. You can help by volunteering your time during fundraising activities. You can help organize an event. Some of our members have done both wish granting and fundraising. Our work is a labor of love and compassion, and High Hopes has many ways we can help you to be a part of it.

A: The general membership meeting is held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The meeting location is the office in Merrimack, at 416k Daniel Webster Highway. The meetings start at 7:00PM. The meeting are open to guests, so bring a friend!
