We receive a referral... Medical professionals, health care agencies, parents contact us about a child that has a wish.
We determine medical eligibility... We determine the medical eligibility of the child in coordination with the treating physician. To be considered for a wish, the child must be diagnosed with a severe or chronic illness, age between 3 and 18, and be a resident of New Hampshire.
We assign a Wish Manager... We have passionate volunteers who are Wish Managers. The Wish Manager visits with and gets to know the child and family. Each Wish Manager coordinates with the child's family and with the person, agency, business, or organization that can make the Wish come true.
